Charge Guys is a full-service EV Charger distributor and installer based in Toronto, ON. We work with residential homeowners, condominiums, hotels, offices, retail businesses and fleets to help them navigate the EV Charger landscape. Our business model is to source products directly from manufacturers and use a select team of Certified Electricians to perform our installations. We support our clients in understanding charging point and software options available to suit their individual or business requirements.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role where the Sales Executive will work in our Toronto location and have flexibility for some work from home based on performance. The Sales Executive will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, build new relationships, and play a major role in the development of the business. The Sales Executive will be responsible for closing deals, generating and organizing leads, submitting quotes, and responding to inquiries to assist prospects in understanding the EV Charger installation process.
Qualifications
- Excellent Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills with experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as well as being part of a team
- Working knowledge of Electrical Vehicle chargers, the automotive industry and/or renewable energy solutions is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate solutions to clients and communicate with the internal team members
- Highly driven, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and negotiate deals
